At SportCount Australia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your product within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• In the original packaging

To start a return, email us at hello@sportcount.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

• Alternatively, you may request a product exchange.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

• Items not in original condition

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Gift cards (if applicable)

🛡️ Warranty

All products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or water damage (unless the product is water-resistant as specified).
